July 14 - Friends of the City Library Book Sale

This week only, fill your baskets with used books in addition to fresh produce, fine crafts and the best packaged and prepared food this side of the Mississipi!

It's time for the annual Farmers Market Used Book Sale, presented by the Friends of the City Library. Join us this Saturday, July 14 at the Downtown Farmers Market. The sale is open from 9 am to 1 pm and will be located in the center of the park at the end of the prepared food aisle. The sale includes the best used and donated materials from the Friends of The City Library Used Book Shelves.  
Prices are $2.00 for hardbacks, CDs, audiobooks, and DVDs; $1.00 for paperbacks; and special-price items like coffee-table books, textbooks, and multiple-DVD sets.

The Downtown Farmers Market is held in Historic Pioneer Park (300 S 300 W), Downtown Salt Lake City. Market hours are 8 am to 1 pm every Saturday through October 27. With more than 250 vendors, you will find fresh, local produce from farms within 250 miles of Salt Lake City, baked goods, meat from farms that raise animals locally and sustainably, packaged artisan food, the most ecclectic brunch in town prepared at the Park and a dynamic artist marketplace featuring handmade goods from local artisans.
