As I stroll past booths filled with local honey, homemade bread, tempting pastries and lush produce, I take my first sip. I close my eyes and let the earthy, coffee-infused warmth, laced with a subtle sweetness, spread across my palate. A hint of molasses gives the cup a familiarity, yet in a way that feels delightfully unexpected.

Leavity Bread returns to the Downtown Farmers Market!

A couple weeks ago, we surprised vendors on a Saturday morning and captured our lovely artists, and hard working farmers in their natural habitat. 

As John embarks on this new chapter of his life, we want him to know how deeply he will be missed. His legacy will continue to flourish in the community he has nurtured through his hard work and dedication.

My boss offered to bring me along on a tour of southern Utah farms as part of Red Acre Center’s Farm & Food Conference. I thought I’d get out of the city for a few days and enjoy the beauty of red rock country.

This city dweller learned about biodynamics, soil health, no till farms, brewing, and canning. Before this trek, I didn't even know what some of those words meant.
